The National Sales & Business Development - Cold Storage role serves as a critical liaison between customers and cross-functional internal teams. You will be responsible for developing and nurturing long-term relationships with a portfolio of customers by connecting them with key business executives and stakeholders. Your primary goal is to drive customer success through strategic account management and proactive support, ensuring timely and successful delivery of services aligned with customer needs.
In this position, you will manage and grow key accounts while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction and trust. You will engage clients in technical discussions, addressing concerns and designing customized, industry-proven solutions. The role requires independently preparing HVAC/R service proposals and managing sales opportunities from prospecting through closeout in collaboration with regional operations. You will also navigate the economic dynamics of the HVAC/R industry to identify and prioritize high-value opportunities aligned with the company's growth strategy.
This role supports National Accounts but must be based out of the Southern California region. The position operates in a fast-paced environment with frequent challenges and shifting priorities, involving work in both office and field-based settings. A willingness to travel up to 30% of the time is required to support client needs and team success.
