About the Role
The Inside Counter Sales Rep serves as a vital link between Hobbs & Associates and our network of commercial and industrial contractors. This role exists to drive departmental success by selling HVAC parts to internal and external clients through in-person, over-the-counter, and phone interactions.
In this position, you will manage the daily operations of the Parts Department, focusing on building loyalty with major customers and ensuring long-term revenue. Your day-to-day involves assisting with retail counter operations, tracking lost sales, and managing inventory levels to support service and repair departments without delay. You will play a key role in sourcing quality parts, negotiating with vendors, and ensuring clients receive timely updates on back-orders and deliveries.
