The Multi-Site MHC Manager serves as the operational leader for multiple manufactured housing communities, ensuring financial performance, resident satisfaction, and consistency across all assigned properties. This role is designed for a dynamic leader who thrives in a multi-location environment, bridging the gap between corporate strategy and on-the-ground execution.
In this position, you will lead on-site teams, coordinate maintenance and vendor services, and facilitate home sales. You will act as the primary contact for resident concerns, fostering a positive living environment while enforcing community rules and ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable laws. The role requires a balance of strong organizational skills to manage finances and administrative tasks, and interpersonal skills to engage with residents, prospects, and staff effectively.
