About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Assistant Community Manager to oversee leasing operations at our affordable housing community governed by HUD/Section 8 regulations. This role is designed to help lead the team in ensuring full occupancy while maintaining strict compliance with Section 8 requirements. You will be the face of the community, delivering exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents while managing the full spectrum of marketing efforts, application processing, income verification, and renewals.
In this position, you will coordinate closely with property management to maintain accurate records and meet occupancy goals. The role requires a strong understanding of tax credit housing, Fair Housing laws, and affordable housing compliance to effectively support the community's mission of providing stable, affordable living environments.
