The Table Games Dealer is the face of the casino floor, responsible for delivering prompt, accurate, and courteous service while demonstrating expert skill in dealing assigned games. This role exists to ensure every guest enjoys a delightful and safe gaming experience, upholding the property's core values of family-style service and a diverse, equitable, and inclusive culture.
Dealers are expected to maintain a professional and friendly atmosphere, acting as the primary point of contact for guests at the table. From greeting players to handling complex transactions like buy-ins, payoffs, and markers, the dealer ensures the game flows smoothly and adheres to all gaming regulations. The role requires a keen eye for detail to verify fills and credits, identify irregularities, and notify supervisors of any guest needs, including cocktail or host services.
Candidates must be prepared for an audition to demonstrate their dealing skills. Successful applicants will need to obtain a Gaming Registration if they do not already possess one.
This position operates in a dynamic environment that may be unusually noisy and crowded. Dealers must be mobile, capable of prolonged standing, walking, bending, and reaching, as well as accessing and lifting items from floor level up to six feet. The work area is subject to variable temperatures and may include a smoking environment with moderate noise levels. Excellent eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity are essential.
We are committed to exemplifying our DEI (diversity, equity, inclusion) culture and consider qualified applicants regardless of background.
