As a Customer Service Agent, you will play a key role in supporting our players and ensuring they have a seamless gaming experience. You will be part of a top-tier team dedicated to providing outstanding service and crafting a positive impact within the gaming industry.
In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for players, handling inbound calls, real-time chats, and emails while also making outgoing calls. You will troubleshoot technical issues related to computer, tablet, and cell phone applications, process inquiries about accounts and services, and communicate special marketing offers to VIP customers. The position requires maintaining high standards of confidentiality while working towards set goals of 70 contacts daily and adhering to strict service level agreements.
This position is subject to mandatory background screening and regulatory approvals. As Aristocrat operates in a highly regulated environment with licenses in over 340 gaming jurisdictions worldwide, successful candidates will be required to provide disclosure of relevant personal and background information to government agencies and regulatory bodies as a condition of employment. This may include criminal background checks, fingerprinting, and obtaining necessary licenses.
Candidates must be authorized to work in the job posting location on a full-time basis without the need for current or future visa sponsorship.
