Key Responsibilities
- check_circleProvide information and process inquiries about accounts, products, and services
- check_circleTroubleshoot technical issues related to computer, tablet, and cell phone applications
- check_circleHandle inbound calls, real-time chat, emails, and make outgoing calls
- check_circleCommunicate special marketing offers to VIP customers
- check_circleOffer feedback on service failures or customer feedback
- check_circleMaintain all SLAs for chats and phone call inquiries in under 45 seconds
- check_circleStay updated on protocols and work towards set goals of 70 contacts daily
Requirements
- verified0-2 years of inbound/support call center experience preferred
- verifiedAt least 21 years old
- verifiedHigh School diploma or equivalent
- verifiedSome college preferred
- verifiedAdvanced knowledge of computers and Windows Office Programs
- verifiedTyping speed of at least 90 wpm
- verifiedAbility to work a hybrid schedule with reliable internet
- verifiedAble to travel to the office for at least 50% of scheduled shifts
- verifiedMust be camera-ready while working
- verifiedAuthorized to work in the job posting location without visa sponsorship
