About the Role
As a Customer Service Agent, you will play a key role in supporting our players and ensuring they have a seamless gaming experience. You will be part of a top-tier team dedicated to excellence, providing outstanding service and crafting a positive impact within the gaming industry.
In this position, you will serve as the primary point of contact for player inquiries regarding accounts, products, and services. Your day will involve troubleshooting technical issues across computer, tablet, and cell phone applications while managing inbound calls, real-time chats, and emails. You will also communicate special marketing offers to VIP customers and provide feedback on service failures to help drive continuous improvement.
This role requires a hybrid work model where you will travel to the office for at least 50% of your scheduled shifts. You must be camera-ready while working and maintain a reliable internet connection to support real-time communication.
Hiring Process & Compliance
This position is subject to mandatory background screening and regulatory approvals. As Aristocrat operates in a highly regulated environment with licenses in over 340 gaming jurisdictions, successful candidates will be required to complete criminal background checks, submit fingerprints, and obtain necessary licenses or registrations with applicable gaming regulatory authorities. This includes disclosing relevant personal and background information to government agencies and sovereign regulators as a condition of employment.
