As a Shift Supervisor, you will provide leadership to ensure your store delivers outstanding customer service, meets operating objectives, and adheres to all company policies. This role is designed to bridge the gap between daily operations and strategic goals. You will perform all duties of a Customer Service Representative while assisting the Assistant Store Manager in managing day-to-day store activities. In the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager, you will take the lead in directing all team members.
Your day will involve fostering a strong customer service culture, coaching team members on compliance and transaction procedures, and resolving customer complaints. You will also support marketing efforts within the community and assist in managing schedules, cash, and store audits. This position requires a high-energy, collaborative approach to inspire excellence and build lasting relationships with both internal and external customers.
