As a Shift Supervisor, you will be the driving force behind outstanding customer service and operational excellence within your store. In this position, you will not only perform all duties of a Customer Service Representative but also lead the team in the absence of the Store Manager. Your day will involve coaching team members on superior service and compliance, resolving complex customer complaints, and maintaining a clean, welcoming store environment. You will play a key role in fostering a culture where the team is motivated to exceed expectations while adhering to all federal, state, and local regulations.
