About the Role
The Assistant Store Manager serves as a vital leader within the store, ensuring outstanding customer service, the achievement of operating objectives and financial goals, and strict adherence to company policies. This role is a hybrid of hands-on execution and strategic support; you will perform all duties of a Customer Service Representative while assisting the Store Manager with day-to-day operations. In the Store Manager's absence, you will direct the activities of all team members, maintaining the store's momentum and culture.

Requirements
