This fully remote position serves as a critical support function for the Company's licensed mortgage activities in Arizona, Hawaii, and Missouri. As a Mortgage Representative (Non-Producing), you will provide essential licensing, operational, and compliance support under the direction of senior management. Your work ensures that all mortgage brokerage activities are conducted in strict accordance with state regulatory requirements and federal laws.
In this role, you will be the guardian of the Company's licensing obligations. You will manage the maintenance of required books and records, track licensing status through the Nationwide Multistate Licensing System (NMLS), and coordinate compliance-related documentation and regulatory responses. The position requires close collaboration with compliance, legal, licensing, and operations teams to handle state-specific matters, from branch licensing setup to the onboarding and offboarding of mortgage loan originators.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field. Experience in mortgage licensing, loan processing, mortgage compliance support, or branch administration. Familiarity with multi-state mortgage licensing requirements. Experience supporting internal audits or regulatory examinations.
