As a Branch Manager, you will be at the forefront of delivering attentive and friendly service, creating a welcoming environment that puts employees and clients first. You will lead and manage all aspects of the branch, representing our brand and culture with the utmost hospitality. This role involves delivering the latest banking solutions and cutting-edge financial technology, collaborating with a team of experts to help with specialized financial needs for clients, and forging meaningful relationships with local businesses to strengthen our branch presence.
You will be a motivating force for the branch team, sharing a clear vision and embodying our company's culture and values of Service, Heart, Curiosity, Courage, and Excellence. Your day-to-day will involve leveraging the Branch Scorecard to identify strategies for growth, prioritizing the needs of our clients to build lasting relationships and trust, and building a high-performing team through coaching, feedback, and celebrating successes. You will ensure a strong risk and control environment by using sound judgment and acting with integrity to protect our company and clients.
Successful candidates will be required to complete our Branch Manager Training Program before being considered for placement. This training may involve travel for in-person sessions and meetings, including potential out-of-state travel.
