As a Branch Manager, you will be at the forefront of delivering attentive and friendly service, creating a welcoming environment that puts employees and clients first. You will lead and manage all aspects of the branch, representing our brand and culture with the utmost hospitality. This role involves delivering the latest banking solutions and cutting-edge financial technology while collaborating with a team of experts to help with specialized financial needs for clients.
You will serve as a motivating force for the branch team, sharing a clear vision and embodying our company's culture and values of Service, Heart, Curiosity, Courage, and Excellence. Your day-to-day involves prioritizing the needs of our clients to build lasting relationships and trust, while building and cultivating a high-performing team through coaching, feedback, and celebrating successes. You will also forge meaningful relationships with local businesses to strengthen our branch presence and actively engage with the community.
Successful candidates will complete our Branch Manager Training Program before being considered for placement. This training may require travel for in-person sessions and meetings, including potential out-of-state travel.
This position is subject to the Dodd Frank/Truth in Lending Act qualification requirements for Loan Originators.
