About the Role
The Loan Partner Three (LP3) serves as a critical bridge in the loan lifecycle, responsible for delivering timely and high-quality processing from RESPA to Funding. This role goes beyond traditional processing by requiring proactive collaboration with Loan Officers, LP2s, underwriters, and borrowers to ensure a smooth, positive experience throughout the underwriting process.
In this position, you will manage the flow of high-quality loan applications, utilizing a deep understanding of investor guidelines to evaluate cash, credit, income, and collateral. Your day-to-day involves analyzing Conditional Loan Approvals, communicating conditions in clear, layman's terms to borrowers, and ensuring all documentation is accurate before funding. A key differentiator of this role is the emphasis on high-quality third-party communication, requiring you to build strong relationships with closing, funding, post-closing, and QC teams while actively working to reduce conditions and keep files moving efficiently.
