We are more than just a healthcare provider; we are a community committed to empowering our employees to work in innovative ways. Our core values—respect for every individual, the health and total well-being of all people, human compassion, and integrity—shape our organization and are essential for delivering the highest level of culturally competent care to every patient, family member, and visitor.
This position serves as a vital link in our Critical Care Patient Care Delivery team, focusing on the continuous monitoring and management of patient cardiac health. You will be stationed in a ten-bed Critical Care Unit equipped with thirty-two telemetry units, where your primary mission is to observe arrhythmia computers and maintain accurate records of patient cardiac rhythms.
In this role, you will be the first line of defense in identifying rhythm changes, requiring you to notify appropriate personnel immediately to ensure timely intervention. Your day-to-day responsibilities include transcribing medical plans of care, organizing patient records, processing physician orders, and maintaining a healing, therapeutic environment for patients and their families. You will collaborate closely with the healthcare team to coordinate care delivery, assist in discharge planning, and facilitate the orientation of new employees. This role demands a high level of focus, as you will be monitoring CRT screens and communicating verbally and in writing for extended periods to ensure the safety and well-being of our patients.
At Williamson Health, your talents are valued, and your skillset is expanded. We offer a comprehensive benefits program designed to give you choice and flexibility in managing your physical, financial, and emotional well-being. This includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, retirement matching, tuition reimbursement, and various discount programs.
We are an equal-opportunity employer and a drug-free workplace, committed to upholding an inclusive environment that appreciates the uniqueness of all individuals. We believe that our diverse team is our greatest strength in serving our community.
To join our team, please submit your application through our official career portal. Candidates must be willing to complete an approved basic arrhythmia program, obtain BLS certification, and complete Non-Violent Crisis Intervention (NVCI) certification within the specified timeframes after hire. We look forward to reviewing your application and discussing how your skills can contribute to our mission of compassionate care.
