We uphold an inclusive environment that appreciates the uniqueness of all individuals, ensuring the highest level of culturally competent care for every patient, family member, and employee.

About the Role

This position serves as a vital link in our Critical Care Unit, where you will observe the arrhythmia computer and maintain detailed records of patient cardiac rhythms. You will be responsible for interpreting cardiac rhythms, notifying appropriate personnel of any changes, and initiating or organizing patient medical records. The role requires processing physician orders and documenting care accurately and timely to support the coordination and delivery of patient care.

Beyond technical monitoring, you will collaborate with healthcare team members to assist in planning for discharge and post-discharge needs. You will also help facilitate staff development and assist in the orientation of new employees, ensuring a healing and therapeutic environment for patients and their families. This role is situated in a ten-bed Critical Care Unit equipped with thirty-two telemetry units, requiring the ability to sit and observe CRT screens for extended periods while communicating effectively with the team.

Hiring Process & Application

To join our team, candidates must complete an approved basic arrhythmia program and obtain BLS certification within 90 days of hire. Non-Violent Crisis Intervention (NVCI) certification is required within one year of employment and must be renewed bi-annually. We value formal education and training, including a high school diploma or equivalent, and prefer experience in critical care patient care delivery.

Equal Opportunity & Culture

Williamson Health is an equal-opportunity employer and a drug-free workplace. We are committed to diversity and cultural differences, ensuring an inclusive environment where every individual is valued. Our comprehensive benefits program offers choice and flexibility to support your physical, financial, and emotional well-being, including medical, dental, vision, PTO, retirement matching, and tuition reimbursement.
