Lap of Love is seeking a compassionate Mobile Veterinarian to provide in-home hospice and euthanasia services for companion animals. In this role, you will conduct gentle examinations, manage pain and chronic conditions, and guide families through end-of-life decisions with empathy and respect. You'll develop individualized care plans, perform peaceful home euthanasia, and coordinate aftercare.
Working independently in a home-based, field environment, you'll collaborate with our supportive team, upholding our culture of compassion, dignity, and meaningful, client-focused care. This position is designed for veterinarians who wish to extend their practice beyond the clinic walls, offering a unique opportunity to support pets and their families during their most vulnerable moments.
At Lap of Love, we are dedicated to providing the highest quality of end-of-life care in the comfort of a pet's own home. Our mission is to ensure that every animal passes peacefully and that every family is supported with dignity and understanding throughout the grieving process.
To join our team, please submit your application including your resume and a cover letter detailing your experience with hospice, palliative care, and in-home euthanasia. We value candidates who demonstrate a deep commitment to compassionate care and the ability to work independently while maintaining strong team communication.
Lap of Love is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees and the families we serve.
