Lap of Love is seeking a compassionate Mobile Veterinarian to provide in-home hospice and euthanasia services for pets. This role exists to ensure that every pet receives a peaceful, dignified farewell in the comfort of their own home. You will perform gentle, medically sound end-of-life care and guide families through quality-of-life decisions, offering empathetic support during one of the most difficult times in a pet owner's life.
As a Mobile Veterinarian, your day involves traveling to clients' homes to conduct hospice evaluations, create individualized palliative care plans, and administer sedation and euthanasia. You will collaborate with a supportive, empathetic team that values compassion and emotional support for both pets and their families. The position requires maintaining veterinary equipment and medications in a mobile setting while coordinating care and scheduling with client services and other veterinarians.
We are dedicated to providing the highest standard of care with a focus on dignity and compassion. Our team works together to optimize patient comfort and support families through grief and decision-making. We believe in ongoing training to maintain best practices in hospice and palliative care, ensuring that every interaction reflects our core values.
Lap of Love is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees and the families we serve.
