About the Role
Lap of Love seeks a Mobile Veterinarian to provide compassionate, in-home hospice, palliative care, and euthanasia services for companion animals. You will travel to clients' homes to perform gentle exams, manage pain and comfort-focused treatments, and guide families through end-of-life decisions with empathy and respect.
This role is dedicated to helping families create peaceful, meaningful goodbyes in the comfort of their own homes. You will partner with a supportive, collaborative team that values dignity, emotional support, and exceptional medical standards while navigating the sensitive nature of end-of-life care.

Lap of Love Veterinary Hospice is looking for candidates who meet the following requirements: Active DVM or VMD license in practicing state; Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle; DEA registration (where required); Fear Free or low-stress handling certification (preferred); and Advanced training or CE in hospice/palliative care (preferred).
