Lap of Love is a mission-driven organization dedicated to providing compassionate in-home hospice, euthanasia, and end-of-life care for pets and their families. We believe that every pet deserves a peaceful passing and that families deserve support during their most difficult moments.
As a Mobile Veterinarian, you will serve as a vital link between veterinary medicine and the comfort of the home. This field-based role goes beyond clinical duties; it requires you to guide families through difficult decisions with empathy, clarity, and dignity. You will perform compassionate medical assessments, develop palliative care plans, and deliver in-home euthanasia services focused on the safety and comfort of the animal.
Your day will involve managing a mobile schedule within your service area, coordinating routes, and ensuring seamless visit logistics. While you work independently in the field, you will be supported by robust administrative resources and teleadvice teams to handle client services and follow-ups. You will join a collaborative team that values work-life balance, continuous learning, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact every day.
Interested candidates should submit their application through our career portal. The process typically includes a review of credentials, followed by an interview to discuss your experience in hospice and end-of-life care, and a final conversation with the team to ensure a mutual fit.
Lap of Love is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees and the families we serve.
