About the Role
As a Mobile Home Community Maintenance Technician, you will be the backbone of our property operations, ensuring that homes, common areas, and facilities remain safe, functional, and well-maintained. This role is vital to our mission of simplifying everyday life by providing a secure and comfortable living environment for our residents.
In this position, you will perform routine and emergency maintenance on mobile homes and community infrastructure. Your day will involve troubleshooting plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry issues, as well as responding promptly to resident service requests. You will also coordinate with vendors for specialized repairs and manage inventory to ensure tools and supplies are always ready. Whether you are winterizing homes, maintaining grounds, or preparing vacant units for new residents, your work directly impacts the quality of life for our community members.
