About the Role
We're looking for a hands-on Mobile Maintenance Mechanic who thrives in a fast-moving, on-the-go environment. In this role, you'll be responsible for keeping multiple facilities running smoothly by performing mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and general building maintenance tasks across your assigned portfolio.
You'll work independently in the field, supported by a responsive operations team, ensuring spaces are safe, functional, and ready for daily use. Your work will be varied, mobile, and never boring, ranging from maintaining lighting systems and handling general interior upkeep to performing minor plumbing repairs and troubleshooting.

Requirements
- verified3+ years of general building maintenance experience

- verifiedBackground, drug/alcohol, and motor vehicle record screening required
Nice to Have
Completion of a technical or trade training program. Prior experience in facilities maintenance or multi-site property support. Familiarity with safety compliance programs and hazardous material handling.
