We are a team that encourages growth, diversity, work-life balance, and lifelong career opportunities. We are eager to welcome motivated, high-energy individuals ready to make a tangible impact in our growing facility.
This position is designed for a motivated technician to join our 2nd Shift team (Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–10:30 PM). You will be the backbone of our production line, ensuring the seamless operation of conveyors, automation, robotics, and ancillary equipment. Beyond technical repairs, you will act as an escalation point for lower-level technicians, conducting root cause analysis on major downtime events. You will also manage facility and building projects, ranging from light bulb replacements and door repairs to carpentry and plumbing duties. A key part of your role involves documenting all work in our computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) and maintaining accurate logs for critical facility systems like fire pumps, generators, and HVAC equipment. You will also analyze production delays and defects, initiating procedures to solve equipment malfunctions and eliminate spoilage causes.
We are currently hiring motivated individuals to join our team immediately. A $2,000 sign-on bonus is available for qualified candidates. To apply, please submit your resume and details regarding your experience with conveyor, automation, or robotics equipment repair and maintenance. We look for candidates who are willing to travel up to 10% of the time for business purposes and are available to work overtime and on-call requests as needed.
