This position serves as a critical escalation point for maintenance operations, responsible for setting up, adjusting, and maintaining assigned equipment with a direct impact on production and quality. Working under minimal supervision, you will perform preventative maintenance, routine inspections, and ad-hoc repairs on conveyors, automation, robotics, and ancillary equipment.
In this role, you will not only troubleshoot out-of-service equipment but also mentor maintenance personnel in developing appropriate skillsets. You will document all work in the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) and maintain accurate records for facility systems such as fire pumps, generators, and HVAC equipment. Additionally, you will oversee projects including minor space renovations, inventory management, contractor oversight, and building efficiency improvements, while ensuring a safe work environment by eliminating potential equipment safety hazards.

Associates Degree in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering Technology, Mechanical Engineering Technology, HVAC, or equivalent. Graduate of an apprenticeship program or hold current trade certification. Basic skill level in multiple computer software packages including Microsoft Excel. Experience working with inputs, outputs, and PLC logic systems and ability to troubleshoot these systems. Willing to travel at least/up to 10% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state). Must be willing to learn new equipment as it is brought on-line.
