This role supports retail operations by engaging customers and facilitating their technology and service needs in a fast-paced environment. As a Mobile Associate, you will be building product knowledge, demonstrating technology solutions, and assisting customers throughout their shopping journey. Success in this position is measured by customer satisfaction, proficiency in product knowledge, and the effective use of digital resources. The work enhances the customer experience and supports organizational goals by fostering strong customer relationships and loyalty.
Within the first 90 days, you will receive on-the-job training and are eligible for hourly training pay. Upon completion, you will promote to the Mobile Expert role. At T-Mobile, we guarantee that all employees earn at least $20/hour inclusive of base pay and incentives. Since we are ALL owners, every employee is eligible for an Annual Stock Grant.
