As a Welding District Sales Manager, you will be the driving force behind the growth of our commercial and industrial business across Northern California and Northern Nevada, based out of Sacramento. This role is designed for a driven, relationship-focused professional eager to showcase technical expertise while fostering partnerships that drive sustainable growth.
In this position, you will immerse yourself in a dynamic environment where you lead efforts to build strong channel and end-user partnerships. Your day-to-day will involve developing new business, providing technical support to customers, and acting as a go-to expert for your region. You will collaborate with distributors to uncover growth opportunities, defend key accounts, and ensure our distribution partners are fully supported. Whether delivering impactful product demonstrations, managing complex sales pipelines, or contributing to team knowledge sharing, you will play a vital role in expanding our footprint and strengthening our market leadership.
