About the Role

As a Custodial Manager for our Mid-Shift (Afternoon & Evenings) team, you will serve as the operational leader for daily and periodic cleaning within educational complexes. This role is designed to ensure that school facilities remain safe, clean, and welcoming environments for students, faculty, and staff.

In this position, you will coordinate and supervise all aspects of the cleaning operation, managing a diverse team of supervisors, head custodians, and custodians. Your day will involve determining appropriate staffing levels, inspecting assigned areas to ensure work is carried out properly, and meeting with building occupants to monitor cleanliness standards. You will also play a key role in event coordination, ensuring proper setup and staffing for various campus activities.

Beyond daily operations, you will be responsible for developing and implementing policies, conducting training programs, and managing personnel performance through evaluations and counseling. You will maintain critical records, manage supply inventories, and prepare reports on building conditions. Flexibility is essential, as you must be prepared to work mid-shift, night shifts, and weekends as needed to support the school's mission.
