The RF Microelectronics/Module Design & Foundry Services Department (RFMicro) is seeking an early career Microelectronics Assembly Technician. In this role, you will work closely with a team of multi-disciplined engineers to turn engineering designs into prototypes through microelectronics assembly. You will need to quickly master fundamental assembly skills in an engineering lab setting.
There are circumstances in which you will need to explore creative ideas to circumvent assembly challenges. Effective and efficient communication on a daily basis is essential to precisely translating customers' needs into physical prototypes in the shortest amount of time. Your technical background, keenness on communication, strong motivation to learn new skills, coachability, great attention to detail, and a sense of ownership are the keys to your success on this job.
