As a Microbiologist, you will be integral to ensuring the microbiological integrity of raw materials, finished products, packaging components, production environments, and processes within a leading manufacturing facility. You will serve as the subject matter expert for microbiology, guiding audits, inspections, and quality investigations. Your work will involve collaborating cross-functionally with Quality, Manufacturing, and Sanitation teams to manage microbiological risks and drive process improvements.
In this role, you will not only perform and oversee complex testing but also mentor junior staff on laboratory methods and aseptic techniques. You will be responsible for developing and executing validation protocols, analyzing complex data to identify trends, and leading investigations into out-of-specification results.
