This position is part of our Environment Testing team in Lancaster, PA, where you will play a vital role in maintaining the integrity of our analytical testing services. You will apply Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) standards to ensure all operations meet regulatory and client requirements.
Your day-to-day work involves preparing reagents, samples, and standards with precision, performing laboratory operations with high accuracy, and documenting all testing, observations, and results clearly. You will utilize computers to process data, generate reports, and track sample status within our LIMS. A key part of your responsibility is detecting potential problems that could affect results and communicating them to management. You will also perform routine instrument maintenance and calibration to ensure equipment reliability.
This role operates on a Sunday through Thursday schedule from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, with a training period from Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. You will work in a safe and efficient manner, balancing independent tasks with collaborative team efforts.
