This position serves as a lead within the chemistry and biochemistry team, responsible for providing oversight of comprehensive policies, programs, and practices. You will guide staff through complex analytical challenges, offering feedback and direction on the analysis of materials, products, and devices. The role involves designing robust formulations for small molecules and biologics for early-stage clinical trials and optimizing manufacturing processes for drug products.
As a key member of the team, you will interpret analytical data to drive formulation and process development decisions. You will also act as a bridge between technical operations and management, presenting findings, proposals, and recommendations to clients and leadership. Your work ensures that all activities adhere to strict SOPs, regulatory guidelines, GLP, and GMP standards while fostering a harmonious and effective workplace environment.
