About the Role
The Merchandising Team Manager serves as the strategic leader for store operations, bridging the gap between visual presentation and operational efficiency. This role is designed to elevate the customer experience by ensuring store presentations are pristine, products are accurately priced and signed, and inventory flows seamlessly from the back of house to the sales floor.
You will lead a team of associates in executing inbound and outbound deliveries, managing supply replenishment, and supporting store fulfillment. By fostering cross-functional collaboration with operations, visual merchandising, and selling teams, you will ensure that every aspect of the store environment aligns with company standards and drives key metrics for sales and profitability. This is an exempt position with monthly bonus eligibility, offering a dynamic environment where ownership and initiative directly impact store success.
