About the Role
The FAST Team Member is a mobile specialist responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to execute "start to finish" variable tasks. You will own the execution of planograms, merchandise and fixture assembly, and the maintenance of all signage. This role is dynamic and service-oriented, requiring you to interact with both customers and store team members to ensure every location meets our high standards.
You will be the face of our commitment to quality, delivering on our promise of Legendary Customer Service by greeting customers, uncovering their needs, and recommending product solutions. Whether you are completing store layout initiatives, performing cycle counts, or providing peak coverage during busy seasons like the Day After Thanksgiving, your work directly impacts the shopping experience for our community.
