Your Role at Dollar Tree
As a Merchandise Assistant Manager at Dollar Tree, you will join our Store Manager in leading a dynamic team of associates and creating positive experiences for the communities we serve. This role is pivotal in driving our mission to make a difference in the lives of our customers every day by exceeding their expectations and delivering value.
In this position, you will focus on merchandising and processing freight, ensuring the sales floor remains sales-effective and visually appealing. You will partner with the Store Manager to plan and implement monthly Sales Planners, manage freight flow in accordance with productivity standards, and maintain high standards for stockrooms and sales floors. Your day-to-day involves fostering a positive, safe, and respectful environment while maintaining professional and friendly interactions with customers, associates, and leaders.
