About the Role
Merchandising Execution Associates (MEAs) are dedicated to ensuring products are stocked and properly merchandised to provide the best possible shopping experience. The role prioritizes safety, accuracy, and efficiency in every task performed.
Day-to-Day Impact
MEAs work in teams under on-site supervision to serve multiple departments within the store. The position involves executing price changes, product rotation, and special projects designed to enhance product displays while meeting supplier needs. Associates are responsible for building displays and fixtures, utilizing basic hand and power tools, and refreshing display materials, signage, and brochures to drive sales.
Team & Culture
Success in this role requires building and maintaining strong relationships with store associates. MEAs provide superior customer service to both internal and external customers, fostering a collaborative environment focused on operational excellence.
Schedule & Availability
This position offers flexibility with both day and overnight shifts available. Candidates may apply for full-time or part-time schedules.
