About the Role
Merchandising Execution Associates (MEAs) are dedicated to ensuring products are stocked and properly merchandised to provide customers with the best possible shopping experience. Safety, accuracy, and efficiency remain at the forefront of every task performed.
Day-to-Day Impact
In this role, you will execute strategies to drive sales by ensuring products are displayed correctly. Your work directly influences the supplier experience by managing price changes, product rotation, and special projects designed to enhance product presentation while meeting supplier needs.
You will build and maintain displays and fixtures, utilizing basic hand tools and power tools to refresh display materials, signage, and brochures. As a team member, you will provide service to multiple departments within the store, building strong relationships with store associates and delivering superior customer service to both internal and external customers.
Work Environment
MEAs work in teams under on-site supervision. The role requires physical activity, including repetitive lifting, bending, and operating lift equipment. Positions are available for both day and overnight shifts, with options for full-time or part-time schedules.
