Merchandising Execution Associates (MEAs) ensure that products are stocked and properly merchandised to provide the best possible shopping experience, always keeping safety, accuracy, and efficiency at the forefront.
Supplier Experience
MEAs execute price changes, product rotation, and special projects designed to improve product displays for customers while meeting supplier needs and expectations.
Driving Growth
The role involves executing strategies to ensure products are displayed correctly to drive sales. Associates build displays and fixtures using basic hand and power tools, while refreshing display materials, signage, and brochures.
Operational Commitments
MEAs work in teams under on-site supervision, providing service to multiple departments within the store. This role requires repetitive lifting, bending, and operating lift equipment. Success in this position also involves building and maintaining strong relationships with store associates and providing superior customer service to both internal and external customers.
Availability
We offer both day and overnight positions. Opportunities are available for full-time or part-time schedules.
