Merchandising Execution Associates (MEAs) ensure that products are stocked and properly merchandised to provide the customer with the best possible shopping experience, always keeping safety, accuracy, and efficiency at the forefront.

Supplier Experience

MEAs execute price changes, product rotation, and special projects designed to improve how products are displayed to the customer while meeting supplier needs and expectations.

Driving Sales and Growth

The role involves executing strategies to ensure products are displayed correctly to drive sales. Associates build displays and fixtures using basic hand and power tools, while also refreshing display materials, signage, and brochures.

Operational Commitments

MEAs work in teams under on-site supervision, providing service to multiple departments within the store. This role requires repetitive lifting, bending, and operating lift equipment. A key part of the job is building and maintaining strong relationships with store associates and providing superior customer service to both internal and external customers.

Availability

Positions are available for day shifts or overnight shifts. Candidates may apply for full-time or part-time schedules.
