About the Role
Merchandising Execution Associates (MEAs) are dedicated to ensuring products are stocked and properly merchandised to provide the best possible shopping experience. The role prioritizes safety, accuracy, and efficiency in every task performed.
Day-to-Day Impact
MEAs work in teams under on-site supervision to serve multiple departments within the store. The position involves executing price changes, product rotation, and special projects designed to enhance product display and meet supplier needs. Associates are responsible for building displays and fixtures, utilizing basic hand and power tools, and refreshing display materials, signage, and brochures.
This role is critical for enabling sales and growth by ensuring strategies are executed and products are displayed correctly. MEAs build and maintain strong relationships with store associates while providing superior customer service to both internal and external customers. The work requires repetitive lifting, bending, and operating lift equipment.
Schedule & Availability
We offer both Day and Overnight positions. Opportunities are available for Full Time or Part Time employment.
