Merchandising Execution Associates (MEAs) ensure that products are stocked and properly merchandised to provide the best possible shopping experience, always keeping safety, accuracy, and efficiency at the forefront.
Supplier Experience
MEAs execute price changes, product rotation, and special projects designed to improve product display for customers while meeting supplier needs and expectations.
Driving Growth
This role involves executing strategies to ensure products are displayed correctly to drive sales. Associates build displays and fixtures, utilizing basic hand and power tools, while refreshing display materials, signage, and brochures.
Operational Commitments
MEAs work in teams under on-site supervision, providing service to multiple departments within the store. The role requires repetitive lifting, bending, and operating lift equipment. Associates build and maintain strong relationships with store associates and provide superior customer service to both internal and external customers.
Availability
Day and overnight positions are available. Full-time and part-time schedules are offered.
