As a Merchandiser Travel Retail Service, you will represent ACO-US, our clients, and our customers by effectively working in teams to perform reset and remodel work. This role is designed for individuals who are quick learners with a strong attention to detail. You will be responsible for reading and implementing plan-o-grams, managing new item placement, performing void corrections, and executing special merchandising activities.
Your day will involve partnering with store personnel and co-workers to achieve merchandising excellence. You will move and clean shelves, install new racks, display merchandise properly, and ensure plan-o-gram integrity. A key part of your responsibilities includes preparing and managing documentation related to your assigned work while maintaining a proactive approach to safety.
This position requires a unique level of adaptability. You must be comfortable working in cold environmental conditions, such as refrigerated and freezer sections of retail stores, for limited periods. Due to the travel program requirements, this role involves overnight stays up to 75-100% of the time, with occasional weekend work. Candidates must be at least 21 years of age to obtain the necessary credentials for travel.
