About the Role
As a Merchandiser, you will be a self-starter and quick learner who thrives in changing environments. You will cultivate relationships with in-store management while executing merchandising resets, building retail displays, and implementing plan-o-grams. This role requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with business partners. You will work independently or as part of a team, ensuring inspired shopping experiences that drive increased sales.
A Day in the Life
Your day will involve traveling between stores within your local community, typically within 20 miles of Los Angeles, CA 90036. You will spend time standing, walking, and performing physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs, crouching, bending, and making repetitive hand movements. You will work with store personnel to ensure products are displayed correctly and strategically to maximize sales opportunities.
