As a Merchandiser Travel Retail Ser Lead, you will represent Acosta and our partners by effectively leading a team in the organization and execution of critical retail projects.
About the Role
This position is designed for a self-starter who thrives in both team and independent environments. You will serve as a team lead responsible for the proper implementation of plan-o-grams, new item placement, void corrections, and special merchandising activities. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills to build effective relationships with business partners and store personnel.
You will partner with store staff to schedule and communicate reset and remodel work, ensuring merchandising excellence is maintained. A key part of your day involves reading and following plan-o-grams, managing documentation related to assigned work, and utilizing technology to track assignments, time, and expenses. You must be comfortable working in cold environmental conditions, such as refrigerated and freezer sections, for limited periods.
Travel Requirements
This is a travel-heavy role requiring overnight stays 75-100% of the time. Due to travel program requirements, employees must be at least 21 years of age. Occasional weekend work is also required. A valid driver's license and the ability to drive for extended periods are mandatory.
