Merchandiser (Part-Time / Seasonal)

About the Role

As a Merchandiser for PepsiCo Beverages North America, you will play a vital role in ensuring our products are visible, accessible, and fresh for millions of shoppers across large-volume grocery and retail locations. This position is designed for individuals who thrive in a dynamic, field-based environment where your daily actions directly impact customer satisfaction and brand presence.

You will be the face of PepsiCo at the store level, interacting with store personnel and building strong relationships with customers. Your day involves a mix of physical activity and strategic organization: stocking shelves and coolers, rotating products to maintain freshness, setting up promotional displays, and managing backroom inventory. You will operate equipment like hand trucks and pallet jacks to move cases weighing 20-45 pounds, ensuring that the sales floor is always ready for the next customer.

This is a seasonal, part-time role with a rotating schedule. While the position requires consistent attendance and specific start times, there is an opportunity to attain different work schedules over time. You will work with minimal supervision, utilizing handheld devices to manage orders and reporting any store issues directly to management. Reliability and the ability to navigate multiple store locations using your own vehicle are essential to success in this role.
