As a Merchandiser for PepsiCo in Muskogee, you will serve as the face of our brand within large-volume grocery and retail locations. This role is designed to ensure our products are visible, accessible, and appealing to customers. You will work a consistent Tuesday-Saturday schedule, starting at 5 AM, dedicating 40-45 hours per week to maintaining high standards of product presentation.
Your day involves a dynamic mix of physical activity and customer interaction. You will be responsible for stocking shelves, rotating inventory in coolers and storage rooms, and setting up promotional displays. Beyond the physical work, you will build relationships with store managers and personnel, communicating store issues and ensuring a seamless experience for shoppers. This is a self-managed position where you will operate with minimal supervision, utilizing handheld devices to manage orders and following designated routes to service accounts efficiently.
To be considered for this route, candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid U.S. Driver's License with proof of insurance. A personal vehicle is required to access multi-store locations within the assigned shift. Preference is given to those living within 20 minutes of Muskogee.
The selection process includes a review of your background and a physical capabilities test to ensure you can safely handle the demands of the role, which involve lifting, pushing, and pulling cases weighing 20-45 pounds. Following a conditional offer of employment, the company will conduct a background check and drug screening.
