About the Role

As a Merchandiser, you will be a self-starter and quick learner who enjoys working both independently and in a team setting. You will be comfortable in changing environments and serve as a strategic partner to in-store management.

Your day will involve cultivating relationships with store personnel, executing merchandising resets, and building retail displays. You will place impulse items on clip strips and J-hooks while implementing plan-o-grams to maximize sales. This role requires the ability to meet specific physical requirements, including standing and walking for 3-8 hours, lifting up to 50 lbs, and performing crouching, bending, twisting, and repetitive hand movements.

This is a part-time position offering daytime hours with a predictable schedule. You will work approximately 10 hours per week, with paid training, mileage, and travel time between stores compensated. The role is based in Jonesville, VA, and candidates must reside within 20 miles of this location.
