About the Role

As a Merchandiser, you will be a self-starter and quick learner comfortable in changing environments. You will work both independently and as part of a team to cultivate relationships with in-store management and execute merchandising resets. Your day will involve building retail displays, merchandising impulse items on clip strips and J-hooks, and implementing plan-o-grams.

This role requires the ability to meet specific physical requirements, including standing and walking for 3-8 hours, lifting up to 50 lbs, and performing crouching, bending, twisting, and repetitive hand movements. You must possess excellent organizational skills and be a strong communicator capable of building relationships with business partners. This position is based in Lander, WY, servicing the surrounding area including Riverton, WY, within a 20-mile radius.
