About the Role
This position is designed for individuals who are passionate about delivering a highly satisfied customer experience. You will be the face of our brand, engaging and interacting with all customers while embodying our customer experience principles and philosophy. Your role is vital in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe store environment that reflects our commitment to quality.
In this role, you will model established customer experience practices for both internal and external customers, supporting a positive store culture built on honesty, integrity, and respect. You will be cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store, allowing you to adapt to the dynamic needs of the business. From accurately processing purchases and returns to promoting credit and loyalty programs, you will play a key part in our daily operations. You will also participate in store recovery, maintain merchandising standards, and actively support our shrink reduction and safety goals.
