About the Role
This position is designed for individuals who are passionate about delivering a highly satisfied customer experience. You will be the face of the store, engaging and interacting with all customers while embodying our core customer experience principles and philosophy. Your role extends beyond the register; you will maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment, ensuring that every guest feels welcomed.
In this role, you will model established customer experience practices for both internal and external customers, supporting a positive store culture built on honesty, integrity, and respect. You will be cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store to support the business's dynamic needs, from accurately processing purchases and returns to initiating store recovery and maintaining merchandising standards. As a key member of the team, you will participate in safety awareness programs and contribute to shrink reduction goals, ensuring the store operates efficiently and securely.
